About Us

OUR STORY.
We’re Danny, Yas and Reid the family behind SprintIQ.
SprintIQ began in 2023, while Danny was training for a marathon. Training has always been a big part of our lives. Early mornings, long runs, strength sessions and trying to look after ourselves around everything else life throws at us.
During marathon prep, hydration became something Danny started paying a lot more attention to. But when we looked at the options available, we struggled to find something that matched what we wanted. Effective electrolytes made with natural ingredients, without the added sugar, artificial colours and preservatives we didn't feel were necessary.
So, like most good ideas, it started with a conversation at home. Could we make something we'd genuinely want to take every day? That question eventually became SprintIQ.
But a lot has changed since 2023. We became parents to Reid. Life got busier. Sleep became less predictable. Training had to fit around work, family and building a business. Our days became a little more chaotic and our definition of performance started to change with them. We still care about training, health and showing up for ourselves. Probably more than ever. But we've realised that performance isn't always about PBs, podiums or finish lines. Sometimes it's getting up after a rough night with a baby. An early start for work. Fitting in a training session when you can. Getting through a long shift. Building something after everyone else has gone to bed. Or simply having enough energy left to be present with your family and friends. And that's what SprintIQ has become about. This isn't a brand built for perfect routines or perfect people. It's for people doing their best to show up however their everyday looks.
OUR REASON.
We want to build something Reid can grow up watching us create. Something that shows him the value of looking after yourself, working hard, backing an idea and building something you believe in.
SprintIQ may have started with us. But we're building it for everyday people doing extraordinary amounts of everyday things.
Whatever your everyday looks like treat it like a sport.
