Shipping policy

SprintIQ is committed to delivering orders quickly, reliably, and with full tracking. All orders are processed and dispatched from Australia.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after the dispatch cut-off will be processed the following business day.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email.

Shipping Options & Rates

Standard Shipping – $8.99

  • Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days
  • Best for everyday orders
  • Fully tracked

Express Shipping – $14.99

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
  • Priority handling and transit
  • Fully tracked

Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch, not from the order date.

Tracking Your Order

All SprintIQ orders include full tracking. Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and delivery updates.

Delivery Areas

SprintIQ currently delivers within Australia only.

Shipping to PO Boxes is supported where available through the carrier.

Delays & Service Interruptions

While most deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Peak periods
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather events
  • Remote delivery locations

SprintIQ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once parcels are in transit.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • An incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Parcel refusal

Customers may be required to pay a reshipping fee.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Customers must contact SprintIQ within 7 days of the delivery confirmation
  • Investigations will be lodged with the courier
  • Resolutions are subject to the carrier outcome

SprintIQ is not liable for theft once a parcel is confirmed as delivered.

Damaged Orders

If an order arrives damaged:

  • Contact SprintIQ within 48 hours of delivery.
